Richard completely refurbished 6 20 year old dining room chairs for us. The foam and webbing had almost gone, though the hardwood upright frames were in good order so we wanted to keep them! He did a fabulous job of new foam, new webbing and new covers, expertly sewn on. They look great are super comfortable again and I expect will easily last another 20 years now! We highly recommend his service and he's a very nice chap too.

Richard and his team helped bring our Parker Knoll armchair back to life! From the first meeting where Stephanie was so knowledgeable and thorough, talking us through fabric options and things to consider, right through to Richard delivering the chair back to our house, everything was fantastic. We are so happy to have this piece of furniture updated and back in our home to be loved for many years to come. Highly recommended!

Left a very sad old chair with Richard to work his magic. A week later he contacted me to say my newly upholstered chair was ready for collection.

We needed new bespoke fitted cushions for our octagonal shaped summerhouse with matching back cushions. We were greeted at the workshop with extremely pleasant and helpful staff and presented with a vast selection of fabrics to choose from. Richard visited our property twice to ensure accurate measurements were taken of all the challenging shapes with their tricky angles. Within a couple of weeks the cushions were delivered and they were fitted into the summerhouse. The result was much better than we anticipated and we have to say the cushions are much better than the original ones were when new. The fit is perfect! We are extremely pleased with the work undertaken and would not hesitate in recommending this 5 star company for their work, help and friendly service.

This is the second time I have had the privilege to write a 5* review for the amazing team at RWU. When Richard and Steph presented me with my newly upholstered antique occasional chair I had no hesitation in handing over my very old 2 seater Chesterfield settee for them to do their magic. I am absolutely delighted with what I can only describe as perfection. I was not available to thank Richard and Steph in person when they delivered the settee. I hope this review says it all. At every stage, this company was excellent to deal with. The refurbished sofas look beautiful and are so much more comfortable. The workmanship and service were absolutely first class. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A complete re-upholster on a vintage carved high back dining chair, and also re-manufacturing 2 large leather seat bases for a 20yr leather sofa. The sofa seat cushions are absolutely perfect, and a complete match to the day it was 1st made. Also lots of leather to choose from to get a 99.9% perfect colour and texture match-not easy for 20yr old discontinues lines!
The dining chair is just stunning, and made so easy to discuss the fabrics and braids to get the exact look we were after.

Excellent service and would highly recommend! RWU have re covered my dining room chairs and one of our caravan cushions. The work was completed a couple of weeks before schedule.
